This course manual is designed to improve a movement professional’s understanding of the structures of the spine. It can be read on its own as an introduction to the anatomy and physiology of the spine and torso, but is foremost designed to complement the Body Organics Education’s Anatomy Dimensions – Spine & Torso online course. It is part of our Foundational courses.
The manual and online course are designed to give the participants the capacity to critically analyse specific pathologies of the spine and torso and to develop strategies for exercises and movement that will help facilitate recovery and to minimise the risk of injuries.
