This course manual is designed to improve a movement professional’s understanding of the structures of the elbow, wrist and hand. It can be read on it’s own as an introduction to the anatomy and physiology of the lower part of the arm and the hand, but is foremost designed to complement the Body Organics Education’s Anatomy Dimensions – Elbows, Wrists and Hands online course. It is part of our Foundational courses.
The manual and online course are designed to give the participants the capacity to critically analyse specific pathologies and conditions of these areas and to develop strategies for exercises and movement that will help facilitate recovery and to minimise the risk of injuries.
