Kate is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in Mental Health. She has worked throughout Australia and Ireland specifically in complex trauma. Kate has developed and facilitated numerous training packages in trauma and attachment for organisations working with children and adolescents who have experienced abuse and neglect.

Kate also has an interest in Depression, Anxiety Disorders (Phobias, OCD, Panic Disorder), Chronic health issues and Life Limiting conditions, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Sexual Abuse, Domestic Violence and Eating Disorders. Kate strives to provide a non-judgemental, safe and supportive experience where clients feel free to concentrate on their own goals.

A focus of her work is on integrating body and mind using evidence-based interventions including schema therapy, trauma focused CBT and attachment informed practise. Kate also has an interest in chid and youth issues and is trained in several family focused programs including Circle of Security and narrative therapy.
