Body Organics, Body Organics Education and MAKARLU

Michael Schwarer is co-director and co-owner of Body Organics. He has primary responsibility for the MAKARLU side of the business, with his recent focus being to grow the breadth and depth of the MAKARLU product portfolio.

Michael brings more than 30 years experience working with large Australian and international corporations. This experience is applied to Body Organics in the areas of strategy, marketing, product development, financial management, process improvement and information technology.

Michael’s passions include his children and grandchildren, surfing, rugby union and of course Carla. His three children are also involved in the industry – eldest son Nick is a qualified physiotherapist and daughter Ella is a dietitian, whilst his youngest son Max loves test driving all the new studio equipment!

Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce as well as Master of Business Administration. He has also completed the Gyrotonic® instructor foundation training. His full profile can be viewed on LinkedIn.
